Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange only.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and or bent, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at danlevart79@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back - information on where to send the item back to will be included in the exchange accepted email. Once we receive it, we will send you a code to place a new order for the exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, the item description will state this "Final Sale, no returns or exchanges" Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
