Lost in Shipping 

Any orders lost during shipping will not be Dan Lev Art's responsibility.

Shipping Responsibility on Returns

The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns.

Other Policies:

The majority of Dan Lev Art's orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario.  

The Dan Lev Art does not guarantee delivery times and does not accept responsibility for late packages. Dan Lev Art ships most orders within 2-3 business days of confirmation of order. Customers will be contacted by the shipping company in the case of delayed shipping of their order. 

The customer is responsible for any charges or penalties that result from incorrect address information submitted by the customer.
